Statutory Holidays and Weekends
For stat holidays we charge double the rates listed.
All services after 5pm and weekend walks/cat visits, add an additional $5.00.
Policies
We require a twelve hour notification of any cancellations, or a ten dollar fee is applied.
Payments due upon receipt of invoice. Any invoices not paid within 3 days after invoice sent, will be charged a $10.00 administration fee.
Occasional client call ins (ie non full time clients.) We require payment upfront
